Our founder Neil Ritchie, an experienced Canadian healthcare executive, recognized that Canadian and U.S. health care systems need improvements from both bottom up and top-down initiatives. Moreover, he recognized the need to learn from top-performing health systems, to introduce advanced technologies and methods that have been successful elsewhere and to build a new culture around health system improvement.
The Netherlands was recognized by the Commonwealth Fund as a top performing health system and so we have developed partnerships with two Dutch companies to bring tools and methods to North America to improve health care performance. We combine powerful analytics, cloud computing applications and experienced advice to help healthcare organizations refocus and re-energize their improvement efforts. |
